Our story
Built on Compassion, Rooted in Community
We started Caring Hands to Help You because we believe every senior deserves to feel safe, valued, and at home — no matter what.
Where We Came From
Caring Hands to Help You was founded right here in Central Florida by people who had lived the experience firsthand — watching a parent or grandparent struggle to manage at home alone, wishing there was someone trustworthy and warm to step in.
We started small, with a handful of dedicated companions and a simple promise: treat every client like family. Over the years, that promise has guided every hire we've made, every care plan we've written, and every family we've welcomed.
Today, we're proud to serve hundreds of families across Highlands, Polk, and Hardee Counties — and we're still guided by that same founding belief that aging at home, with dignity and joy, is something every senior deserves.
Our Mission
"To help seniors live independently, comfortably, and joyfully in the homes they love — supported by companions who genuinely care."
Dignity First
We treat every client with the respect and care we'd want for our own family members — always.
Genuine Relationships
We don't just fill a schedule. We build real friendships that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Reliability You Can Count On
Families trust us with what matters most. We show up, on time, every time — because that trust is everything.
Flexibility & Compassion
Every person is different. We listen carefully and tailor our care to each individual's needs, preferences, and personality.
Every Caring Hands companion is carefully selected, background-checked, and trained — but more importantly, they're people who genuinely love what they do.
